Which battery does my jacket use?
Genovega jackets run on a 12V 18400mAh pack or a 7.4V pack; the listing for each jacket names its system, and the pack is included.
How do I switch the heat on?
Connect the cable in the inside pocket to the battery, switch the battery on, then hold the chest button for three seconds. Tap to change levels.
Does the jacket keep me warm with the heat off?
Yes. Every jacket is insulated like a normal winter coat; the heating is an extra layer of warmth.
Heated scarves and hats
What do the colours mean?
Blue is 95°F, white is 113°F and red is 131°F.
How long does a charge last?
Up to 8 hours on blue and about 4 to 5 hours on red with the 6000mAh battery.
Can I take it on a flight?
Pack the battery in your carry-on, like any power bank.
Towels and blankets
Why does my Turkish towel feel thin?
That is the flat weave; it absorbs well and gets softer after a few washes.
How do I clean the picnic blanket?
Shake it out, wipe the waterproof base with a damp cloth and let it dry before folding.
